i like how you created a texture with the type in the background. i dont think you need the drawn, broken grey pieces (the heart i guess), your type tells the story on its own.

such great progression since the first post i love the isolated text of the right side and how it becomes sort of a solid block
The original layout speaks more to me. But The small text has a lot of potential.

Those line bars above the type really help your composition. It's coming along well.
